What is a Task in WorkHub24?

In a process you do a series of activities. When an activity is simple and can be seen as a single unit of work, then it’s identified as a Task.

In WorkHub24, Structured Workflows are progressed by completion of tasks by specific users. A completion of a task by a task assignee moves the card to the next stage in the Workflow.

In an Arbitrary Workflow, users can create any number of tasks which can be assigned to themselves or others. Alternatively, you can automate task creation based on certain triggers such as stage change of a card.
